Vintage couture meets Alice through the Looking Glass ~ Designer label ‘Suzannah’ Launches New Bridal Wear Range…

Morning! I've a faaaaabulous find to share with you today 🙂 Now, I have to give credit to this find to a Love My Dress reader, who emailed me recently to tell me all about Suzannah – an online boutique for beautiful designer dresses.

Now, some of you may well be familiar with Suzannah, who makes regular appearance in the likes of Grazia magazine; her amazing quirky couture party and cocktail dresses (that she designs from her boutique in Little Venice, London) have already been worn by Jasmine Guinness, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Hollywood actress Julie Christie.  But what you won't know, is that Suzannah has just launched a new bridal range called, simply 'Bride'. And it is a beauty!

Bride by Suzannah is a romantic new collection of charming vintage-inspired wedding dresses with a whimsical twist for wedding belles everywhere…

"‘I created my new bridal collection inspired by the current shift in trend that we are seeing.  Brides are moving away from wanting a traditional wedding dress and are choosing instead to invest in more of a unique 'special' dress to take them from the ceremony to the last dance. A dress they can also wear again to a party or special event.

They dream of a luxurious statement dress which is charming and playful and makes them feel like them!  A dress to treasure for years to come and a fantasy to make hearts melt…".

I lurrrrrrrve the dress below – very much my style…

Bride by Suzannah has been designed to bring out the inner black and white screen siren combined with the whimsical humour and magic of Alice.  The collection includes a range of stunning signature dresses that take their inspiration from the flirty flappers of the 1920’s through to the swirling romance of the 70’s.  Each dress has its own heritage with every element of the gown carefully produced and designed.

The pieces are made from luxurious couture fabrics which have a "ready couture sentiment".  Bride by Suzannah dresses are designed to be bought off the peg, or if fittings are needed the process is designed efficiently so that the dress is ready to be collected within two months.

Beeeautiful! Now, if you like the look of any of these dresses, drop Suzannah a line by emailing [email protected] or telephoning 020 7286 8280. Suzannah also has a by appointment only boutique in London at 6 Bristol Gardens, Little Venice, W9 2JG.

I have personal experience of wearing Suzannah; their service is second to none – ordering online or via email is a breeze, and Suzannah's dresses are completely to die for, very high quality cut, finish and fabric.  I highly recommend.
