Lunch Time Love ~ Johanna Hehir, British Bridalwear Designer

"I have been designing for over 25 years!
Bridal was a natural evolution for me, as I adore designing beautiful dresses.
It is such an honour to be chosen by a bride to make the most important dress of her life."

Tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to be blogging details about the new 'Love Mae' collection by British designer Johanna Hehir.

Today, I wanted to show a little bit of lunch time love for Ms Hehir (that surname rhymes with 'hair', just in case you weren't sure) because she happens to be one of the loveliest people I've met in wedding land since I started blogging.  And anyone who names a dress after my first name, obviously deserves a little bit of virtual adoration teehee 🙂

British Bridalwear Designer, Johanna Hehir

British born Johanna Hehir has established herself over the past ten years as one of London's leading bridal designers. Her signature style is clean, unfussy, classic cuts with romantic detailing utilising the best quality European silks and laces.

Johanna's collections reflect the ever changing nature of the bridal
market and the varied tastes and venues of today's brides. In addition
to having a wide range of styles, Johanna also has that unusual ability
to update classic styles in such a way, as to give them that touch of
modernity that instantly appeals to contemporary brides.

A dress I spotted at The White Gallery this year, that Johanna duly informed me was named after me! How lovely!
