Lunch Time Wedding Film ~ Emilie and Ewan’s Intimate Scottish Castle Wedding…

Time for a mid-day movie, courtesy of Eileen O'Rourke of Sugar8, who also happens to be part of the amazing Glasgow Wedding Collective, whose work features in this morning's post.

This wonderful little super8-mm film accompanies a wedding that featured on Love My Dress in September this year, a truly beautiful day full of pretty peach tones and a flower crown to die for. Eileen tells us more..

"Emilie and Ewan came all the way from Australia to get married in the beautiful atmospheric setting of Dunnottar Castle in Stonehaven, Scotland. Including myself and the photographer Caroline of Candysnaps, there were just sixteen guests and this wedding – it was the most intimate and romantic affair I've ever had the pleasure of filming. There were no extra frills and fancies, not even a building as such, just people in love getting married in front of more people they love; absolutely gorgeous."

"I shoot only in Super 8mm format and the setting for this wedding suited it perfectly. When we got to the castle and seen the mist rolling down the hills I couldn't believe my luck, it looked like it was straight out of a fairytale.

I love getting the opportunity to film lovely vintage inspired weddings on my trusty old Super 8 cameras but more than that I love to just capture the little moments that no one else saw and that you can cherish for years to come."
